一、各申請案之審核結果，由本基金會以書面通知。獲得補助之申請案，如需簽訂合約者，本基金會另附上領據及相關資料。

1. The Foundation shall notify the Foundation in writing of the results of the examination and approval of each application. If you need to sign a contract for the application for subsidy, the Foundation will attach the receipt and relevant information.

二、獲補助申請案、補助金額及各類別評審委員名單，將於董事會核定後公布於本基金會網站，以供各界參考。

2. The application for the grant, the amount of the subsidy and the list of the judges of each category will be published on the website of the Foundation after the approval of the Board of Directors for the reference of all walks of life.

三、 會審會議採合議制，結果由該類別評審委員參酌評審重點、共識、藝術水準、計畫內容及預算編列等補助考量審核。為使會審會議保持獨立客觀，並基於尊重申請者之隱私權，會審會議紀錄不對外公開且不接受有關藝術評價和判斷的覆核申請。參與審查之評審委員及執行部門人員須遵守保密原則。

3. The review meeting adopts a collegial system, and the results are reviewed by the judges of the category with reference to the review focus, consensus, artistic level, plan content and budget preparation. In order to maintain the independence and objectivity of the triage meeting, and based on respect for the privacy of applicants, the minutes of the triage meeting will not be disclosed to the public and no application for review of artistic evaluation and judgment will be accepted. The members of the judging committee and the personnel of the executive department participating in the review shall abide by the principle of confidentiality.
