伍、迴避原則

V. Principle of recusal

一、本基金會之董監事不得擔任評審委員。

1. The directors and supervisors of the Foundation shall not serve as members of the evaluation committee.

二、評審委員不得審核與其本人直接相關之申請案。

2. The jury members shall not review applications directly related to the applicant.

三、本基金會執行部門人員不得審核與其相關之申請案，亦不得自行提出或參與申請案。

3. The personnel of the executive department of the Foundation shall not review the applications related to them, nor shall they submit or participate in the applications on their own.
