There are people who just casually throw garbage on the ground! I'm already plenty civilized. Even if I separated it, what would be the big deal? If other people don't separate their trash, and I do, I'm doing it for nothing. I daresay many people don't know what kinds of garbage are recyclable and what kinds are un-recyclable. You need to make good use of the stuff for recycling to work. Management and technology all need to catch up. If they just simply make garbage piles and bury trash, cities will be surrounded in garbage. Burning it isn't the greatest, either. It will cause secondary pollution.
