B: 你那樣練肯定沒用的。還是背詞典最好，能增加詞彙量。另外週末去參加外教的課，鞏固語法，這叫雙保險。

Studying that way is useless. It's still best to memorize words from the dictionary. You can increase your vocabulary. On top of that, you can attend some classes taught by a foreign teacher on the weekend and solidify your grammar. That's what I call, 'double insurance'.
A: 背得再多你能說幾句？再說，連上廁所都帶著四斤重的牛津詞典。唉，你蹲得累不累啊？

But even with all that memorization, how much can you actually say? What's more, you're even lugging around those 2 kilo Oxford dictionaries into the bathroom. Do you get tired when your squatting?
C: 哎，你們在說什麼啊？剛才發生了一件巨搞笑的事兒。
āi, nǐmen zài shuō shénme a? gāngcái fāshēng le yī jiàn jù gǎoxiào de shìr.
Hey, what are you guys talking about? Something hilarious just happened.
B: 什麼事？

What happened?
C: 我去公園的英語角了。看見幾十個中國學生圍著一個老外，要和他交流。
wǒ qù gōngyuán de yīngyǔ jiǎo le. kànjiàn jǐshí ge Zhōngguó xuésheng wéi zhe yī ge lǎowài, yào hé tā jiāoliú.
I went to English corner at the park. I saw dozens of Chinese students surrounding some foreigner and wanting to interact with him.
A: 那可不，好不容易逮住一個。
nà kě bù, hǎobùróngyì dǎi zhù yī ge.
Well, duh. It's really not easy to catch one.
C: 那個老外一看這麼多人，汗都下來了。
nàge lǎowài yī kàn zhème duō rén, hàn dōu xiàlai le.
As soon as that foreigner saw so many people, he started to sweat.
B: 你不是說今天要做完整套題庫的嗎？怎麼又跑出去了？
nǐ bùshì shuō jīntiān yào zuòwán zhěng tào tíkù de ma? zěnme yòu pǎo chūqù le?
