Function 可見 is an S2 conjunction, connected to an observation that follows naturally from S1.

1 經過人民這麼多年的抗議，政府總算願意正視這個問題了，可見環境汙染的情況已很嚴重了。

Jīngguò rénmín zhème duō nián de kàngyì, zhèngfǔ zǒngsuàn yuànyì zhèngshì zhè ge wèntí le, kějiàn huánjìng wūrǎn de qíngkuàng yǐ hěn yánzhòng le.

After so many years of public protest the government is finally willing to address this issue. The problem of pollution has obviously become really bad.

Lián wǒ nàme pà kàn kǒngbùpiàn de rén dōu bú pà, kějiàn zhè bù diànyǐng yìdiǎn yě bù kěpà.

Even a scaredy cat like me isn’t scared by this horror movie. That tells you how mild it is.

Lǐ xiānshēng nàme niánqīng jiù zài cānyǐnyè yǒngyǒule yí piàn tiān, kějiàn tā duōme nǔlì.

Someone as young as Mr. Li is already a food and drink industry magnate. It goes to show how hard he works.

4 有錢的人越來越有錢，窮人越來越窮，可見貧富不均的情況越來越嚴重了。

Yǒuqián de rén yuèláiyuè yǒuqián, qióngrén yuèláiyuè qióng, kějiàn pínfù bùjūn de qíngkuàng yuèláiyuè yánzhòng le.

The rich are getting richer and the poor are getting poorer. Clearly the gap is widening.

5 現在有些碩士畢業生去夜市擺地攤，可見工作多難找啊！

Xiànzài yǒuxiē shuòshì bìyèshēng qù yèshì bǎi dìtān, kějiàn gōngzuò duō nán zhǎo a!
