本項目受理--各藝術類別：文學、視覺藝術、音樂、舞蹈、戲劇（曲）、視聽媒體藝術、文化資產、藝文環境與發展類，參與國際重要展覽、演出、研討會、藝術節慶、競賽及機構組織人才徵選等出國計畫。
This project accepts all art categories: literature, visual arts, music, dance, drama (music), audio-visual media arts, cultural assets, art and cultural environment and development, and participates in important international exhibitions, performances, seminars, art festivals, competitions and talent selection for institutions and other overseas programs.
本項目申請--請使用「國藝會藝文補助資訊系統」進行線上申請；如需紙本申請，請洽承辦人員索取表格，並於申請時檢附電子檔。
Application for this project - please use the National Arts Association Art and Culture Subsidy Information System to apply online; If you would like to apply in paper, please contact the contractor to obtain the form and attach the electronic documents with the application.

補助及相關事宜

Grants and related matters

1.計畫內容應含：活動簡介、當地活動行程表及對方負擔條件等，以及有助推展及增加我國在國際能見度之企劃方案。若含具體出國前整備之技術測試需求，可於計畫中一併提出技術排練之特殊性與測試重點，以及預計達到成效與排練規劃。

1. The content of the plan should include: a brief introduction of the event, a schedule of local activities and the conditions of the other party's burden, etc., as well as a plan to promote the exhibition and increase China's international visibility. If there are specific technical test requirements for preparation before the introduction, the particularity and test focus of the technical rehearsal can be put forward in the plan, as well as the expected results and rehearsal plan.

2. Application attachments:

(1)須檢附國外邀請、合約或相關通知證明文件，內容應包含對方負擔條件。

(1) Documents supporting overseas invitations, contracts or relevant notices must be attached, and the content should include the conditions of the other party's burden.

(2)團體須檢附相關人員名冊（含職稱及專業背景）。

(2) The organization shall attach a roster of relevant personnel (including professional titles and professional backgrounds).

(3)交流具展覽行為者，須檢附展場簡介、展品清冊、十件展覽作品之電子圖檔各一張及簡要說明（圖檔格式 jpg，建議寬 2400×高 1800pixel 以上尺寸）。

(3) Those who exchange exhibit exhibits must attach a brief introduction of the exhibition venue, a list of exhibits, an electronic image file of each of the ten exhibition works and a brief description (image file format jpg, recommended width 2400× height 1800pixel or more).

(4)交流具演出行為者，須檢附符合申請計畫的演出錄影資料、3-5 分鐘未經特效處理之精華片段及簡要說明。

(4) Those who communicate with performance actors must attach the video materials of the performance in accordance with the application plan, 3-5 minutes of highlight clips without special effects and a brief description.

(5)若有運費，請說明運送內容、尺寸、重量及運送方式。

1.補助經費：

1. Subsidy funds:

(1)應邀參加國際重要藝術節、藝術節慶、展會及國際著名機構交流：得考量機票、翻譯、新作材料、運輸、保險、演出及其他必要費用之總和為上限。

(1) Invited to participate in important international art festivals, art festivals, exhibitions and exchanges with internationally renowned institutions: the maximum amount of air tickets, translations, new work materials, transportation, insurance, performances and other necessary expenses may be considered.

(2)一般出國交流活動：就相當於全額或部分機票費之總和為上限。

(2) General overseas exchange activities: The maximum amount is equivalent to the total amount of the full or partial airfare.

(3)參加國際競賽或人才徵選，得考量機票、運輸、當地生活費（以三個月為上限）等。

(3) To participate in international competitions or talent selection, air tickets, transportation, local living expenses (up to three months), etc. may be considered.

(4)出國前展演映技術測試或排練之相關經費。

(4) Funds related to the technical testing or rehearsal of the performance before going abroad.

(5)線上活動：考量人事費、研究費、翻譯費、編輯企劃費、行銷宣傳費及其他必要費用等。

(5) Online activities: Personnel costs, research costs, translation costs, editorial planning costs, marketing and publicity expenses, and other necessary expenses.

2.獲補助計畫結束後，應檢送成果報告書及附件（詳見成果報告附錄），交流具展覽、演出行為者，請比照相關項目繳交附件。

2. After the subsidy plan is completed, the achievement report and attachments (see the appendix of the achievement report for details), and those who exhibit and perform should submit the attachments according to the relevant projects.

3.配合本基金會安排公開發表交流心得。
