一、業務評鑑

1. Business evaluation

1. 獲補助者必須依本基準之規定及本基金會核定通過補助申請書之計畫內容， 確實執行補助計畫，做為核銷及日後補助審核之依據。

   The recipient of the subsidy must implement the subsidy plan in accordance with the provisions of this benchmark and the plan content of the subsidy application approved by the Foundation, which will be used as the basis for verification and future subsidy review.

2. 經核定之補助案，若計畫變更（含計畫名稱、實施期程、場地、內容等）或因故無法履行補助條件者，應即函報本基金會核備，線上申請者則採線上進行計 畫變更。計畫因故延期，須獲本基金會事先同意，至多以一次為原則。未依前述規定者，本基金會保有撤銷補助資格及追回部份或全部補助款之權利。獲補助者如對本基金會之決定通知有任何異議，得於收到通知之日起十日內，以書面向本基金會提出申覆。

   If the approved subsidy case is changed (including the name of the plan, implementation period, venue, content, etc.) or the subsidy conditions cannot be fulfilled for any reason, the subsidy should be submitted to the Foundation for approval immediately, and the online applicant will change the plan online. The extension of the plan for any reason is subject to the prior consent of the Foundation, and is subject to a maximum of one time. If the above provisions are not complied with, the Foundation reserves the right to revoke the subsidy qualification and recover part or all of the subsidy. If the grantee has any objection to the decision notice of the Foundation, he/she may submit a written reply to the Foundation within 10 days from the date of receipt of the notice.

3. 獲補助者應依本基準第拾壹條各類別補助項目及相關規定，檢送成果報告及相關附件資料予本基金會。未依規定檢送前述資料者，本基金會保有撤銷補助資格及追回部分或全部補助款之權利。

   The recipient of the subsidy shall submit the achievement report and relevant attachments to the Foundation in accordance with Article 11 of this benchmark for each type of subsidy project and relevant regulations. If the above information is not submitted in accordance with the regulations, the Foundation reserves the right to revoke the subsidy qualification and recover part or all of the subsidy.

4. 活動期間內，本基金會得派員前往訪視。本基金會及所邀請之相關專家，得就計畫之執行、品質、成果、效益等與原計畫進行評鑑。若評鑑結果認為該計畫之執行、品質、成果、效益等未達原計畫之預期，本基金會得訂相當期限要求獲補助者就該計畫改善，逾期仍未改善者，本基金會保有撤銷補助資格及追回部分或全部補助款之權利。

   During the activity period, the Foundation may send staff to visit us. The Foundation and the relevant experts invited by the Foundation may evaluate the implementation, quality, results and benefits of the plan against the original plan. If the evaluation results show that the implementation, quality, results and benefits of the plan do not meet the expectations of the original plan, the Foundation may set a corresponding period of time to require the subsidized recipient to improve the plan, and if the improvement is not made within the time limit, the Foundation reserves the right to revoke the subsidy qualification and recover part or all of the subsidy.

5. 獲補助者應於活動開始十天前，提供本基金會評鑑之門票四張或邀請函。

   Grantees should provide four tickets or invitation letters evaluated by the Foundation 10 days before the start of the event.

6. 獲補助案若因故撤案扣款，將列為紀錄，提報下期會審會議，作為補助審核之重要參據。

   If the subsidy case is withdrawn and deducted for any reason, it will be listed as a record and submitted to the next review meeting as an important reference for the subsidy review.

二、財務輔導

2. Financial counseling

本基金會得對獲補助單位輔導財務運作情形，獲補助者應配合提供相關資料。

The Foundation may provide guidance on the financial operation of the subsidized units, and the subsidized persons shall cooperate in providing relevant information.
