柒、撥款

7. Appropriation

一、獲得補助之申請案，本基金會應根據董事會對該期之決議，進行撥款。

1. The Foundation shall allocate funds to the application for subsidy in accordance with the resolution of the Board of Directors for the period.

二、補助款原則上於計畫結束，本基金會收到領據及結案資料後於 14 個工作天內撥

付為原則。若送委員考核之計畫，原則上 30 天內撥付；資料不齊備、考核未通過者不在此限。若另立合約者，補助款依合約辦理撥付。本基金會得視個案之實際需要，採一次或多次撥款。採多次撥款者，本基金會得要求提階段性成果報告。

If the plan is sent to the committee members for evaluation, in principle, it will be allocated within 30 days; This is not the case for those who have incomplete information and fail to pass the assessment. If there is a separate contract, the subsidy will be allocated according to the contract. The Foundation may make one or more grants depending on the actual needs of each case. If the Foundation receives multiple grants, the Foundation may request a periodic results report.

三、獲補助者應於計畫結束後一個月內，檢具成果報告書與領據，送達本基金會辦理核銷。逾期且未事先獲本基金會同意核備者，視同放棄，本基金會將撤銷補助資格。

3. Within one month after the end of the program, the recipient of the subsidy shall submit the report and receipt of the results to the Foundation for verification. Those who fail to obtain the consent of the Foundation in advance will be deemed to have given up and the Foundation will revoke the subsidy qualification.

四、計畫施行原始憑證應保留七年，本基金會保留索取權利。

五、凡獲本基金會補助之團體，應有辦理所得稅申報之義務。

5. All organizations subsidized by the Foundation shall have the obligation to file income tax returns.
