二、 注意事項：

鼓勵申請者線上申請，國藝會藝文補助資訊系統 https://granter.ncafroc.org.tw/，線上申請至收件截止日 23:59 為止。不受理 E-mail 或傳真方式申請。申請相關事宜如需協助，請提前來電或到本基金會提出。
Applicants are encouraged to apply online, and the National Arts Association Art and Cultural Subsidy Information System https://granter.ncafroc.org.tw/, and the online application will be until 23:59 on the deadline for acceptance. We do not accept applications by e-mail or fax. If you need assistance in applying for related matters, please call or go to the Foundation in advance.
郵寄之收件截止日期以中華郵政郵戳為憑，並附上申請案電子檔；親送或以其他方式遞送至本基金會者以收文登錄日期為憑，逾收件截止日下午六點後一概不予受理。請於送件時備齊申請案相關文件，必備資料不齊之申請案，視同資格不符。本基金會將於每期收件截止日後二十天內以書面通知資格審查不通過。
The deadline for receiving mail should be based on the postmark of Chunghwa Post, and the electronic file of the application should be attached; Those who send it in person or in other ways to the Foundation will not be accepted after 6 p.m. after the deadline for receipt based on the date of receipt and registration. Please prepare the relevant documents of the application when submitting the application, and the application with incomplete necessary information will be regarded as disqualified. The Foundation will notify in writing within 20 days after the deadline for each issue that the qualification review is not approved.
曾獲本基金會補助者恕不接受補件。未曾獲本基金會補助者，若未依指定期限一次補足文件者，視同資格不符。
Those who have received a grant from the Foundation will not be accepted. Those who have not received a subsidy from the Foundation will be deemed to be ineligible if they fail to complete the documents at one time within the specified time limit.
當期補助名單經董事會核定前，本基金會不對外公布結果。
The Foundation will not announce the results until the current subsidy list is approved by the Board of Directors.
